Erik Welker

Director of Volleyball Operations

Erik Welker is the Co-Founder of Fury Volleyball Club. He is in charge of all aspects of the day-to-day volleyball operations. He also serves as the lead web designer for, and master marketer of, the Fury Volleyball Club website.

Erik’s unending drive and passion for helping kids find success on the volleyball court is unmatched in the industry. With 2 young girls of his own, he is 100% dedicated to the success and legacy of Fury Volleyball Club.

When Erik is not in the gym providing instruction or pumping iron, you can surely find him in the lab conjuring up new and creative ideas for website material and marketing schemes.

Coach Erik also holds a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University.

Jessica Welker Pharm.D.

Director of Community Relations

Jessica Welker holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy (Pharm. D.) from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. She is currently the program director for Drug Free Cherokee, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Holly Springs, GA where she’s involved in promoting youth substance abuse prevention within the community. She is also a certified lifestyle coach for diabetes prevention.

Jessica currently serves Fury Volleyball Club as a nutrition advocate and grant writer for various supporting programs. She also assists with internal day-to-day operations and clerical duties.

In recent months, she has found her passion for the Social Media aspect of Fury Volleyball Club. When you see our pictures and videos on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, it is most likely her work.
