Fury Volleyball Club is proud to announce our NO ATHLETE LEFT BEHIND FundRaising Program!

The Harsh Reality is: Club sports are expensive and out-of-reach for many athletes and their families, and there are countless (potential superstar) athletes who, unfortunately, are robbed of the opportunity to master the game simply because they don't have the money to participate.

The Fury Volleyball Club FundRaising Program aims to drastically reduce these types of scenarios within the girls youth volleyball community, giving our kids the opportunity to quickly and easily raise the funds they need, not only for Club dues/fees, but travel expenses as well!...

How Does it Work?

1.)

REGISTER FOR TRYOUTS

Players who are interested in participating in our Fundraising program must be registered for our Inaugural Season tryouts. Once tryouts are over, players can continue to promote this program throughout the entire season. There are NO deadlines or due dates. WOW!

DOWNLOAD AND PRINT YOUR MEDIA PACKETS

Allow our Hand-Crafted Media Packets to do the selling for you!

All tryout registrants will receive an email within 24 hours of registering. This email contains login and download instructions for your media packets. You can also pick up these packets from Coach Erik at Fury Volleyball Club during all clinics and practices beginning on Monday, September 30th.

Once you have your media packets, simply share them with local business owners and individuals. You will find that many of our local business owners will be familiar with, and even attracted to, the Fury Volleyball Club name due to our strong presence in and around the Canton/Woodstock community, along with our stellar reputation as the area's top volleyball club.

These businesses will be offered a unique opportunity to have their business logo and information displayed inside of the Fury Volleyball Club facility and on our website for an entire year! Plus, they get something really special that they can be proud to display in their business!

ONLINE SALES ARE A SNAP!

Thanks to our dedicated Fundraising Sales Page, we've greatly enhanced our player's ability to generate sales by providing an online sales platform to accept credit cards for all of your personal sales!

Prospective customers will not be able to complete the online purchase without first choosing a player's name from the drop down menu. As long as they choose your name, you will receive credit for the sale!

"WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMEONE DONATES OR BUYS A PACKAGE FROM FURY ON MY BEHALF AND I DON'T MAKE THE TEAM?"

First off, we would like to make it very clear that the amount you raise has nothing to do with whether or not you make the team. Only your efforts, playing ability, attitude, and determination can decide that.

If, for whatever reason, you do not make the team, any funds you raise will either be awarded to other players in need of assistance, or the funds will go toward equally reducing the overall cost for everyone on that team. By taking part in the Fury fundraising program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

"HOW DO I GET MY TRAVEL EXPENSES PAID FOR?"

Any funds raised will go directly toward your Club fees/dues. Once your fees/dues are 100% covered, any additional funds raised will go directly toward the cost of your hotel room(s) for our travel tournaments. Any funds raised over and above the cost of your hotel rooms will go toward your dues for the following season. Amazing!

"DO YOU OFFER FULL OR PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIPS?"

Coach Erik Welker, his wife Jessica, and certain designated Fury staff members are constantly striving to raise funds for players on a regular basis, primarily through networking within the local community and attending various business group meetings.

Any raised funds from these channels will be awarded to players on a case-by-case basis. Those players who are making an honest effort to raise their own funds and putting in the work will be at the top of our scholarship list.

We have a panel of fair and honest decision makers who will be collectively discussing how these funds are divided as they become available to us.

"ISN'T IT POSSIBLE TO JUST WAIVE THE CLUB FEES FOR GOOD PLAYERS AND FINANCIALLY DISADVANTAGED FAMILIES?"

So often, people think this is a good solution... that these clubs charge too much anyway. What they fail to understand in most cases is that each club has a very long list of expenses that they simply can't ask for someone else to pay, or for the fees to be waived.

As examples, Fury will pay over $72,000 in tournament fees, roughly $24,000 in rent, and nearly $30,000 in coaching salaries this season. These fees cannot be reduced or waived.

If there was a way to make it cheaper we would. Since there isn't, we are providing the best and most creative alternative solutions we can conjure up!

"HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER THE SHADOWBOX OR PLAQUE ONCE IT'S ORDERED?"

The average delivery time for both packages is 4-6 weeks.

"I DON'T SEE MY NAME LISTED IN THE DROP DOWN MENU ON THE OFFICIAL FUNDRAISING PAGE. HOW DO I GET MY NAME ON THAT LIST?"

You have to be registered for Fury Volleyball Club Inaugural Season tryouts in order to be listed on our drop down menu of potential sponsorship candidates.
